We are a family built business striving to help the community one person at a time. We keep tradition in a non traditional way. We are not only a self defense gym, we are an outlet. We are character building, stress relieving, therapy, and recovery. We are the only gym that teaching Krav Maga in Southern Utah. A highly effective self defense that also gets taught to the military. We are first about family and connection, then the self defense.
