Off the beaten path, we are a unique experience of true TX BBQ in the foothills of Southern Utah. We offer slow smoked meats featuring brisket, st. louis style ribs, sausage, pulled pork, and turkey. Along with fresh salads, homemade sides and even smoked chicken wings! Our hours/days are set like a "real" bbq spot, so make sure to look us up before coming out. Come for the food and stay for the atmosphere. We can also cater your office lunch.
