MEND goes well beyond just talk therapy. We focus on customized care with creative, collaborative, and progressive modality treatments. These include Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy which soothes the nervous system quickly. Somatic Trauma Therapy treats and unwinds the nervous system with EMDR. Brainspotting modalities and other somatic tools release psychic debris trapped in the nervous system, as well as Somatic Bodywork and Integrated Wellness.
