The original Bear Paw Coffee Company opened in Anchorage, Alaska, in 1989. Fast-forward to 1995, and Grandpa opened the Bear Paw Cafe in the historic St. George Co-op Mercantile Building where it continues to serve and satisfy customers to this day. Freddy married his wife Mynda in 1995 and now has three fabulous daughters. He is a fan of the Seattle Seahawks, NY Yankees, UNLV, and Utes! In 1997 he moved to Las Vegas to pursue his dreams. Freddy is in the stores frequently and loves meeting with customers.
