Putnam Plumbing has built its foundation on honesty and integrity. It is the bedrock of who they are, not only as a business, but in all interactions. After working for Putnam Plumbing for many years, Kelby and Sonrisa Adams purchased the business.

“We treat our employees and our customers the same way we treat our own family,” said Sonrisa Adams co-owner and Vice President of Putnam Plumbing. “We will take care of you and your plumbing needs.”

New homes come in many shapes and sizes and the plumbing needs to be done right, the first time, to avoid unnecessary plumbing problems later. Putnam’s plumbing experts know how to install modern instant hot water heaters and install custom plumbing systems, such as innovative showers, bidets and more.

“Everybody is moving toward efficiency,” Adams said. “But they also want something that is unique or that they saw on a lifestyle show and really liked. We can make those dreams a reality.”

Putnam’s plumbers have decades of experience and installed plumbing in 120 new homes in 2018. They not only do new installations, but also have emergency services 24-hours per day. They will repair the problem, and locate the reason for it, so it doesn’t happen again.

Putnam Plumbing can also replace old polybutylene plumbing that is known for breaking down, with new pex water lines. They can install toilets and do a variety of other repairs and additions, enhancing their customers’ homes.

Additionally, the Putnam team can help clear drains and pipes of any obstructions. Even though a wipe may be flushable, they are a major contributor to clogged sewer pipes. When a plunger won’t do the trick, they have the tools needed to get the blockage removed.

Some areas in Southern Utah are known for having hard water. Hard water causes additional wear and tear on the plumbing system and appliances. Putnam Plumbing can test customers water and if needed, install a water softening system.

Adams knows having a well-rounded team is key to meeting the demands of St. George residents and others throughout the region and will continue to grow, but still have small-town service and values.

“Plumbing separates first-world countries from the rest,” she said. “Our service and relationships with our customers separate us from other plumbing companies in this area.”
